Thank you for your review. The work orders that were placed by the actual lease holder have been completed. If you have new work orders please report via email, text, over the phone, or in person. We also have the option to make an appointment and walk the home with maintenance and address any issues in the home. If we were going to use your water we were going to give you a credit for your full October water bill. As for the festival we had on Saturday was for all the residents and friends. Our fire department, police department, full staff, and local churches attended and it was amazing. Everyone in our community matters! I rate our community 3 stars because I know we can do better, and we will. We just took over 4 months ago and have made great improvements.
Worst place to live. Too much crime, drugs, and shootings.. don't move in management will screw you out of your money. She pays her cousin to work and gets part of that money.
Only a couple of people that work at this park are awesome. Some of the management is terrible. One in particular. The manager. The lady with thelong Brown hair was nice and courteous. The other one was rude. Will not be moving into this park because of the favortism.
I have put in work orders and they have been done. We also have to appreciate what they have done. I know I'm not ashamed to tell my friends to visit me now. And for the reviews that were put, there is always two parts of the story.
First off, the festival was fun. My kids enjoyed it.
Second, when I moved in with the old owners my house was not in the best shape either, but they just took over, do you really expect them to fix everything in less then a year, less then 4 months?
This place is not in control dangerous dogs are always on the loose and the crime in the small neighborhood is pretty much above average.
