Worst library experience ever. Ive never had such rude and unhelpful librarians. My partner had an issue with the printer and, instead of taking the time to assist, she dismissively gave vague (erroneous) instructions on how to obtain your print job. Simple explanation should've been a simple transaction. Upon using the library guest pass GIVEN by the woman at the front desk, there were 2 other print jobs ALREADY under the account. The wrong print job was selected and someone else's Live nation tickets printed on accident. Sure I should have paid more attention, but there never should have been print jobs under the guest account given initially. So I told the librarian. I wish I'd have caught her name, she was so useless. When I spoke to the manager on duty- Ronald Brown- he immediately dismissed the situation, approaching the convo with a ready made attitude. 3 color prints were $1.50. Ridiculous and inconvenient, sure, but the attitudes of those working the desk were the worst I've seen. At a library. Horrible experience. Stay away as long as Brown and his coherts remain.
They could be more helpful. I asked for help and the lady there was acting like she didnt want to help and just moved to the area.That left a bad impression on me.
I've never been to a library where most of my emails i try to click on links sent and it says access denied they block anything coming from tutorials outside the US. And if you don't have a card they print a pass for you for 15 mins after that she says this is only for Fulton residents so if you're stopping by from another GA county and you need help this library is very disagreeable just will give you the brush off suggest try another one somewhere
Nasty librarians with nasty attitudes. You feel as if you are "bothering" them when you ask for assistance. Either that, or you get ignored.Time and again, their attitude reflects bitterness and ugliness. They have issues they need to work on. It's a shame that such a beautiful library has such nasty employees
