The WORST! First, they have outrageous hold times because a handful of people handle everything for the entire city! The water bills are double what they are supposed to be because they rent water from another county. I haven't gotten a water bill in 6 months and neither have my neighbors, so I have to call to see my bill amount. Everyone is automatically on the defensive and unkind when you talk to them, no matter how nice your approach is. I absolutely hate Union City City Hall.
It's pathetic that this city is filled with distribution centers but will fine trucks 500 dollars for resting on walmart property. It is unsafe to drive past your hours and risk your citizens lives because of your shallow and shortsighted views.
