I usually don't do reviews BUT they have HORRIBLE customer service and if you let their mechanics work on your car it will be in and out of the shop. I had my car for 10 months and out of those 10 months I have NEVER had a major problem until the mechanics here started working on it. My entire engine fell out of my car which led to other problems which according to the "service manager" Travis, wasn't occurring. I went back to pick up the vehicle and the SAME issues were going on. My check engine light was never on until they touched it and when they gave it back to me it was on but the manager claimed it wasn't when I have documents from auto zone it was. I am now without a car yet again but they are bowing up my phone for the car note payment. It is also hard to get with someone from corporate or a manager over the entire store. I finally got a correct # after receiving many incorrect ones but the store manager never called me back. Lesson learned. If you're going here due to credit problems or no credit you're better off buying a cash car.

Everything was fine up until the signing of the documents when they had me go back to sign with Eboni Clarke, which i will be filing a complaint about, i accidently signed while she was explaining and she literally raised her voice at me like i was her child or something and go out into the lobby and repeat it like it was all good, i do understand that they record the calls so i will be having that call pulled and reviewed, other than that Mr Crawford gave me a great experience, I never do reviews but she messed up when she did that. Miserable people shouldn't show up to work

We came here to have our vehicle serviced. Shortly after we arrived another customer came in complaining about having to bring the car back. So I began to wonder if we should stay. But everyone experience is not the same and that was proven. The service manager came into the waiting room, introduced himself and advised us all that they are working as fast as they could but it would take some time. He apologized, thanked us all for our patience and left. Close to lunch, he came back and checked on everyone and apologized for the wait and ordered lunch for us all. Out of all of the service centers I've waited in, the service manager at this location took the time to explain to us the wait, checked on us and bought lunch. First time ever experiencing this from a service center. For me it was about the manager's sincerity to make sure we (5 customer cars and 7 people) were aware of who he was, the wait and expectancy of service. He also took the time see each and every vehicle owner to explain the the vehicle issues. Even though I had to bring ours back to have the second part done, it wasn't a drag to come back. This was a great first time experience for me, Thank you!!

Charrales Hill is and excellent Service Support Admin. I needed a part fixed on a vehicle I just purchased in July...he told me what time to come in and I was there in less than 1 hour!! He has the BEST Customer Service Skills and I will be back!
