Customer service is not all that good but after you start bowling it is nice although they only have one kids help ramp for the bowling ball.
This was the WORST EXPERIENCE my family and I have EVER had at a Bowling Alley Plus it was our first time!!
Pretty cool environment. Well staffed from inside and out. Decent draft prices. Bathroom could use an update on cleaning though.
GREAT Place.... Bowling specials and everything. All new bowling aids love it. The outside will have you thinking twice but the inside is a whole new world.
The bowling alley is currently open during remodelling. Overall the alley is nice. Only one staff member was at the desk during the visit. He was very helpful. Alley is also switching over to a new scoring/name input system. So patience and understanding may be necessary as I had to wait 10 minutes before the lanes would cut on. Once the remodel is done, I can see this being a 4 or 5 star location.
